If you wish to return goods to us within the cancellation period, please follow the instructions below:
- Write us a cancellation in due time to support@ alldock. de.
- Pack the goods cleanly and in their original condition.
- Enclose the delivery note sent with your shipment.
- Please frank the shipment with a parcel service of your choice as an insured package. We do not provide a free return label.
- Please send the parcel to the following address:

- As soon as we receive the parcel, we will check the contents and release the refund. The item value will be credited to the account from which your payment originated.
