The Alldock consists of various components. The cause may be due to 3 things.
- Charging cable
- Power cable
Please check the following with the charger installed:
- Is the blue indicator light on the charger solid blue. If no, please check the switch on the power cable.
- If yes, are you having charging issues with all cables?
- Have you tried the cables on other USB ports on the charger?
- Please also try your own charging cables on the ALLDOCK
