For technical reasons, it is (almost) impossible for us to cancel orders. As this is an automatic process implemented to process our customers’ orders as quickly as possible, we unfortunately do not have the possibility to intervene manually.But you can still try with a quick call to our customer hotline.
Exchange & Returns
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. If your parcel cannot be delivered, a return to our warehouse will be initiated automatically. In this case, please contact our customer service so that we can send the package out again to the correct address.
Unfortunately, we cannot add any more products to your order or change your order afterwards, as your order details are transmitted to our logistics department within a very short time. This is how we ensure that your order is shipped as quickly as possible.
Once we have received your return and inspected the item, we will refund you within a few days. The respective amount will be transferred back to the account used for payment – please note, however, that the transfer back to your credit card takes longer than a bank transfer.
